History
Absolute Moving Company was established in 1998 as a result of a desire to provide a more professional service to consumers. Our slogan is “Quality doesn’t cost, it pays”! We believe this is true and stand behind our service.
Future Goals
First: We are looking to make you a proud customer.
Second: We have in business over 12 years in Hampton Roads. We are not looking for growth because our belief is that you receive the best quality move from a mid sized company with full time employees and a dedicated staff. We believe the larger the company, the poorer the quality and that seems to ring true in most cases.
We are looking for a greater percentage of market share by sustained quality and superb professionalism.

“Absolute Movers provided an accurate estimate, moved our precious things from Virginia Beach to North Carolina. It was a small shipment, but had to be delivered to three destinations in our new home town. After checking out their website and BBB, I called Rick to discuss the job. He arrived at our house promptly and provided an estimate for the move. He was sensitive to our antiques and quality furniture and promised to take good care of our possessions. The movers arrived promptly, padded and wrapped our best pieces, and were a pleasure to work with. We were pleased with the quality of the work. The men were a pleasure to have in our house. “First of all, I was very, very impressed that the principals of the company personally visited our home to introduce themselves and give us an estimate. Nice guys and very professional. Because of weather we elected to push the date one week and they agreed.. no problem. On moving day, an “army” of men showed up with two trucks. Having many, many hands made light work and we were very impressed with how polite and considerate each of the workers and their supervisor were. A very good experience.”
